I have long wanted to have my own car for I am getting tired of commuting.  I am usually rattled in the mornings because I am always on the rush so as not to be left behind by the bus that takes me to work.  It would be very convenient for me to have a car because I could leave for work at my own pace.  However since I do not have a credit history, I have a hard time getting approved for loans.

My officemate Marie suggested that I check for used auto sales Spring Hill companies that offer in-house loans with guaranteed loan approval. She told me about how her friend was able to buy a car from that shop which was almost like brand new and at a low price!  She promised to give me the name of the shop after getting it from her friend.

I got an email the next day with the name of the shop that offers on-the-lot financing Spring Hill and I promised to visit them over the weekend.  The weekend came and I went there early and a friendly person entertained my queries and assured me that I would be able to get a loan so that I could bring home my own car that day too. It truly happened because before the day ended, I was driving my own car out of the shop. No hassle and no worries.

The terrace overlooking the street is my favorite part of the house.  We live in the suburbs so there is no real traffic out in the street except for the occasional cars that pass by that are owned by my neighbors or the school bus that goes through our street.  I love sitting by the rattan couch while drinking my after dinner coffee or cocktail.

However, come rainy season, it becomes a chore to always scrub the water out after a night of rains.  The water would always seep into the floors so it would become slippery and wet which is not a good sight at all.  I asked around for help on what to do about this and one of my neighbors suggested that I install drop curtains that we could put down when it’s raining and put up again after.  This way, it would keep the terrace protected and ensure that water would not go inside.

I immediately went online to look for a company that does that and luckily I found one right away. I filled out their online form so that I could take advantage of their free estimate service.  They contacted me a day or two after and the person who called up was accommodating and answered all my questions.  I was happy that I could even choose the color of the curtain and also had a retractable canopy installed at the patio at the back. I am so happy to have found them.
