10/09/2008
Children are meant to be impatient, but as they start transiting from towards big age, they are required to be taught the art of patience. It is a common scene to watch children demanding for kids clothes, games and other accessories. So as a parent, should you fulfill all types of demands of your children?
In fact, the quality of patience is adopted hereditarily by majority of children. If the parents have this quality, their children are expected to exhibit this quality as well. Moreover, it is your level of patience in front of your children, which is critical in deciding the level of patience gained by your children.
The reputed adoption resources on internet are of the view that orphaned children are generally more tolerant than those living in a family atmosphere. The reason is that these children are less demanding and are deprived of parents, who are ready to fulfill their demands.
The concept of homeschooling is flourishing in the society, but it tends to make your children impatient. This is because; a commercial teaching place helps your children to spend time with other children, each having different level of tolerance. But, you can’t teach the art of tolerance in its purest form at home.
The conclusion is that there are various factors, which are often decided by parents, in a child’s life, which can affect his or her tolerance power. The recognition of these factors at an early stage is helpful in deciding the level of patience in your child.
