My father and I both own an apartment complex that has eight units. After renting the units out since 1980, we decided it was time for a Raleigh home improvement service. We knew if we got a few minor repairs then we might increase our rental sales bringing us more money each month. After many long conversations about it, we contacted the company back and began the repairs.

 

The suggested that we should go with a roof replacement to make the complex look great and last for many generations to come. The remodeling project lasted about a week and the results were amazing. My dad even mentioned that we should have done this roofing project many years ago. Now our entire apartment looks wonderful and we currently have no empty units. I’m actually waiting for a tendon to move out so I can move in there!
