Every time we have a showing on our house we are trying to sell, the comments from the prospective buyers always leads back to how old the windows are. Three days after having the old windows replaced, I got a full price offer. I had decided not to raise the price of the house, since a lot of buyers had already seen the original price I had been asking. Putting in new wood windows paid off for me quickly.
