I am not sure why, but my eighty year old neighbor insists on wearing funny shirts. I do get a kick out of some of them, but there are also some that I think are quite offensive. I am not sure he can even understand what they mean but someone did. Maybe they are left over from his younger years. He just has them, so he just wears them.

I would like to ask his daughter when she comes to visit but I am not sure how to say something about her dad’s offensive t shirts. My husband thinks that it is no big deal and since he only wears them when he is around the house, we should just ignore them. The fact that he is eighty years old, kind of makes me feel like he should know better, but it also makes me feel like he should be able to wear whatever he wants to.

I am just going to be happy when he wears his funny shirts and just look the other way when he wears his offensive t shirts. I believe that he is supposed to be moving in with his daughter at the end of the year anyway, so I can deal with it until then.
